Vince Rossi - CEO & President
Mr. Rossi was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company in November 2006, upon his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Between July 2006 and November 2006, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. From April 2003 to June 2006, Mr. Rossi served as Senior Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for McAfee, Inc., a Software developer. From December 1997 to April 2003, he was the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Entercept Security Technologies, which was acquired by McAfee, Inc. Prior to co-founding Entercept, Mr. Rossi held several management positions at a variety of technology companies including Apple Computer, KidSoft Inc., and Future Vision Multimedia. Mr. Rossi is a graduate of California Polytechnic University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in metallurgical engineering and material science.
John T. Burke - Financial Advisor
Mr. Burke has more then 13 years of management experience in the areas of technology, information systems, accounting and financial operations. Mr. Burke has been engaged by management to provide financial direction and leadership for the Company’s path to profitability. Prior to St. Bernard Software, Mr. Burke founded TakeActionMarketing.com, a marketing analytics and campaign management company and he remains Chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Burke has served as Corporate Controller of WebSideStory (VSCN) and Chief Financial Officer of Global Domains. Mr. Burke started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers within their financial advisory services and business assurance groups where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and auditing. During his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Burke received his Certified Public Accountant license in the state of California. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Diego State University.
Steve Yin - Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing
Mr. Yin brings over 15 years of management experience in marketing, product management, and software technology to his responsibilities as head of Sales. Mr. Yin was a senior vice president of marketing and product management for Mitchell International, a leading information and software technology company for insurance-related industries. His background ranges from consulting with Accenture to being a principal in an emerging technology start-up. Mr. Yin graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Business and later received a fellowship to the University of Southern California where he received a Master of Business Administration.
Michael Marsh - Director of Software Engineering
Mr. Marsh has 20 years of customer-focused technical team leadership and individual contribution with expertise in the entire software life cycle. He has held leadership positions at Websense, Financial Profiles, and RFP Express, where he was instrumental in delivering quality products on time. Mr. Marsh has consulted for Microsoft, HP, and Gateway where he contributed to major initiatives as a leader and architect. He owns Pantano Software, LLC, a software consultancy focused on the design and architecture of large systems. Mr. Marsh holds a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
